The jungle to the south of the continent transitions to a rainforest towards the equator.<br /> <br /> The divide in the forest has lead to a large cultural divide in the native species of the continent, the [[Delphassi]]. Those that live in the jungle, and those that live in the rainforest came to develop vastly different cultural practices. While there isn&#039;t generally a hostility between the two groups, the will generally take offense to someone confusing them with the opposing population.<br /> <br /> There a multiple places where the forest thins considerably.
