Eldarani will reside in the icy tundra of Matrellis. They will be an extremely strong nation, and the most advanced technologically. They will probably have basic mechanical technology, but not quite to the point of more steampunk automatons and such. The only other place with the skills to craft such technology will probably be Palidae. Their society will probably be the most separated from the others. They will definitely interact and trade with others, but there won't be too many of them living outside of their own boarders, and there won't be many other species living amongst them.
Their home will also be the one place where “beasts” are still around.
