Koneg is a largely arid region, however there is a multitude of native vegetation which is highly nutritious. There are also a variety of precious metals prominent across the continent. Much of the world's gold, platinum and diamonds come from this continent.
The continent was settled fairly early from Kanapra, by way of Vanamir. The population which reached this continent early was then separated from the rest of humanity for almost a millennia before the continent was again discovered by other humans.
