Kandemir is capitol of one of the strongest empires in Kamirell, alongside Keldaron and Rumellion. That being said, it is the smallest of the three by far.
Despite having only three vassal states, making them the smallest of the major empire by far, their military is amongst the most skilled fighters in Kamirell and their elite guard are widely considered to be unmatched.

Governance
Kandemir is ruled by a monarchy. It also has a council of lords which handles most of the day-to-day the governance. The monarch's role is primarily to handle military matters, as well as to manage the co-ordinated governance of all of the empire's member states. The monarch does, however retain complete control and can overrule any decision made by the council of lords.

Kandemir has three vassals states: Unnamed Delphion 6, Unnamed Delphion 2 and Unnamed Draedunn 18.
The majority of Kandemir is open tundra, with little ability to grow crops consistently. Because of this, they rely heavily on hunting and animal husbandry. They also import many different products which they cannot produce locally due to their climate through their neighbouring nation to their north, Galenmir.
Kandemir docks its navy in the ports of Galenmir, as it is extremely difficult to navigate the frozen waters of its southern coast.
