The Republic of Ruscongo was a relatively insignificant playing on the continent until the fall of the Skandevv empire, where it began to expand its borders into both South Skandevv and the Pletto Federation (modern day Mescita). While not a Rika, the population of Ruscongo is majority Riik. Because of this, the majority Riik citizenry of its neighbouring nations were easily adopted into the culture as it expanded its borders.
